Chicago born and now a resident of Florida, Francine Moment has been an artist for most of her adult life, having studied at the Art Institute of Chicago.
     Her interest is primarily in landscapes and her favorite medium is oil.
     She is the mother of two adult sons, both of whom have lent extensive support to her endeavors.
